§         Take photos of your property and edit them to highlight your homes best features.
§         Create a Virtual Tour that will be submitted to the MLS and multiple web sites including Google and Yahoo.
§         ‘Featured Home’ listing in our monthly online newsletter “Real Estate Update
§         Enhance your listing on, and, the leading national real estate web sites, to assure that your home is seen by as many homebuyers as possible, including ones relocating to the area.
§         Install a professional ‘For Sale’ sign on your property.
§         Develop a list of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating brokers to use with their potential buyers.
§         Show you room by room as to how you can increase your home's value and curb appeal.
§         Advise you on how you should prepare your home for showings.
§         Conduct a tour of your home for the brokers from our office.
§         Hold a Broker Open House and conduct a tour of your home for those cooperating brokers from other firms in the area in order to introduce them to your home.
§         Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers.
§         Communicate with you and keep you informed as to our marketing activities.
§         Advise you as to any changes which you should make to your property in order to make it more attractive to potential buyers.
§         Update you regularly as to changes in the market, both in prices and mortgage rates, and their likely effect on the sale of your property.
§         Advertise and hold Open Houses for potential buyers when possible.
§         Pre-qualify prospective buyers.
§         Follow-up with the brokers who have shown your home to prospective buyers.
